I’m delighted you’ve found my little corner of the internet! I’m Jen, a mama to several business babies and two human babies. You can read my story here.
I spent the last 11 years running a digital marketing agency which I sold late last year. Since I’ve suddenly found myself with a little more free time, my creative juices have been abundantly flowing! I’ve re-discovered my past love for designing activities—in my primary years, I spent much of the school holidays hand drawing activity sheets for my siblings and family friends. I’ve since become hooked on creating playful activities that spark excitement and inspire a love of learning. I’m not an early childhood educator but I do have a penchant for hands-on play-based learning.
At the moment, everything here has been designed with my curious three year old daughter in mind. I simply love seeing the way she lights up when she masters a new skill or knowledge. I’m a firm believer that every child is born with innate curiosity, drive, and a deep hunger for discovery and learning, and I’m passionate about nurturing a growth mindset for lifelong learning.
I’ve set myself the goal of sharing a new themed creative activity or play idea every week. I’m hoping it will eventually grow into an extensive library of joyful things you can do with your kids!
[April 2021 Update: I’ve been missing in action as you may have seen on Instagram—I’m expecting a baby boy in September 2021! I’ve been pretty weighed down with all the nausea and fatigue that comes with the first trimester but now that I’m on the other side of it, I’m hoping to get back into creating printables very soon!
