What you’ll need

• Home printer and 1x A4 sheet of copy paper
• Laminator & 1 laminating sheet (optional)
• A bowl of edamame beans (replace with green peas if edamame unavailable, or if creating a non-edible activity, you can use green buttons, green lego blocks, green pom poms or green playdough balls)

How to play

1. Prepare a bowl of items for counting (see above)
2. Print the counting mat and laminate if you intend to reuse it. You may refer to our recommended printer settings in the FAQs.
3. Help your child learn their numbers by encouraging them to practice counting
